Bedtime Chart

Time for another freebie! This freebie comes to you from the LDS blog team’s attempts at getting the boys to sleep. We’ve all tried multiple things, bribes, punishments, rewards, and more. We’ve found that standard routine has worked the best! Sticking to a routine makes it so both parent and child know what is expected at bedtime and cuts back on the surprise requests like, “I’m hungry”, and “I want more stories”, etc.

Bed time routines are the way to go! However, just saying the routine was boring and no fun. So we created this cute chart and posted it on the bedroom closet. Then at bedtime we say ok, go start the chart. It was really surprising to see how well it was received. Print yours out today and post a comment about how it went.
