LDSstock.com knows that you care about the time and cost of the items you order. This notice describes our shipping policy(s). When ordering from LDSstock.com, you are accepting the policies described in this Shipping Notice.
How much does LDSstock.com charge for shipping? Top
LDSstock.com usually charges you a flat shipping rate of $2.99 with the following exceptions.
* LDS Artwork orders: All LDS artwork has free shipping, so you will not be charged 2.99. Upgraded shipping on artwork is NOT available due to the large sizes we offer, and art usually ships within 2-3 weeks via special freight, please plan you purchase accordingly.
* Orders of 50.00 or more: All orders that total more than $50 are upgraded to FedEx which is a flat rate of 4.99, expedited methods are usually available.
* International orders: All orders shipped outside the United States will be charged the current UPS rates. Sometimes (very seldom) customs from any given country will charge a tariff fee. If this occurs, you are responsible for such fees.
* Gold Rings: All gold ring orders shipped will be charged the current UPS rates. With a base of 7.00 shipping we can apply tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance to these precious metal rings.
* Upgraded Shipping: Most orders have the option to have the shipping upgraded for faster delivery. Upgraded shipping is optional and choosen by the user upon checkout.
How long will it take to recieve my order? Top
With our standard shipping your order should arrive between 7-14 days after shipping from our warehouse. The elements that determine when your order will be shipped:
*Timeline: LDSstock.com takes orders Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 2:00pm MTN typically ship out by 5pm MTN the next day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped within two business days. If your item is so popular that it is on backorder, you will recieve an email or phone call from our customer support team within 48 business hours letting you know. LDS artwork orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship, depending on the size of art ordered.
*Special Orders : We don't have unlimited quantities of everything, and some of our items, we don't order till you tell us how you like it. These special orders can take up to 6 - 8 weeks to be delivered. Please check the product when buying, all items that take longer to ship will be clearly marked. If we missed marking one, please forgive us, we have a lot of products.
*Holidays: Our store is closed on all major USA and Canadian holidays, unless otherwise specified. Feel free to place your order on a holiday, just know that your order will not be seen by us till we all come back to work, which will delay your delivery.
*Special Products: There are certain products that will take a few days to get ready, before we can ship them. We know we are popular, but sometimes we just don't know how popular. We try our hardest to have what you want, when you want it; but sometimes we have to order more before we can send it to you. Please be patient, if your not the patient type, try going to your local mall and find what you want, then come back and place your order.
What about international orders? Top
Here are a few things to consider when shipping an order internationally:
*Country Regulations: Because country regulations and customs policies change daily we cannot put all of them on our website. However, one of our trusted partners (Fedex), has provided you with a tool to keep up to date on these regulations. Click here for international shipping information...
*Timeline: Most orders will be shipped via a ground service. Orders outside the USA and Canada will take, on average, about as long as it would to send a letter. We have had international orders take up to a month to arrive. Please plan your purchase wisely.
*International DVD orders: We currently only ship Region 1 coded DVDs, limiting our shipping to USA and Canada.
How do I keep track of my Order? Top
In order to keep our prices low, we do not track every order, only the really really expensive ones. If you'd like to track your order, buy something really expensive. For everyone else, you can contact our customer support team, and they can update you as to when we shipped out your order, the rest is up to the shipping company.
Order Cancellation Policy Top
Your order is processed immediately upon checkout. To cancel an order we will need to go back in time to stop you from pressing the button. Please think carefully before you submit your order, it is very unlikely that we will be able to cancel your order before the warehouse is aware of it. Thank you for understanding and helping out.
What is your Out of Stock Policy? Top
* The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within three weeks.
* Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean, that it will be in stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is on backorder. We will first try to reply via email and give you 2 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provided with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. If we never hear from you, we will ship your order as soon as we get it in stock again. Usually if you are wiling to just wait, the whole restock process won't take more than 6 weeks.
